We are a computational chemistry group in the Department of Chemistry at Harvey Mudd College. We use state-of-the-art computational chemistry tools and data science techniques to unravel complex organic reaction mechanisms and design new catalytic systems.
Our research bridges the gap between physical organic chemistry concepts and modern chemical synthesis, with a particular focus on metal-free catalysis, catalysis with earth-abundant and main group metals, and predictive reactivity modeling.
